Who Loves a Deal?

There is not much better than finding something at a discount, am I right?  It is hard to walk away from good finds in a store marked down 75%.  Clearance calls my name, and coupons make me feel like I'm stealing from the store.

What I've found that while you can get good deals in retail, the true bargains are found in garage sales.  This was what I bought on one Saturday.

What you see is: 14 books, 2 movies, 2 decks of flash cards, 3 brain quest sets, a wreath, princes tea set, 3 pairs of boots, cleats, tennis shoes, 2 swimsuits, 1 tank top, 2 yoga pants, 3 long sleeve shirts, 2 pairs of socks, and 3 bracelets.  All this could cost over $300 discounted at a store.  I spent $26.

Now garage sales are random, so it's hard to set out with a list and get it filled and you do have to visit some really bad ones before you find a good one.  I do tend to stock up on, kid clothes, books, and things that I can give as Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers.

So what are you waiting for?  Pack up the kids and drive around next Saturday and see what bargains you can find!
