Welcome to Tuesday Tips of the Week and Link Up Party!

Every Tuesday I will be sharing helpful tips that will help you make your life Simply Better.   Please join the fun, comment and share your ideas.

This week I'm hosting not only a blog link up, but Facebook and Twitter as well!  Let's link up and help each other grow and connect. I will follow everyone who links up, if I'm not already.

This week's Tip:

This week's post is similar to last weeks.  Another jar tip, but this tips comes to me from Seattle.  My aunt Paula told my mother she recycles mayonnaise lids on her canning jars. I use my jars daily for no cook oatmeal and I've noticed the lids get rusty.  Now I could spend time cleaning them up with baking soda.  However why not recycle and get a rust proof lid?!

I often Link with these blogs.

Ready to Party?  Join the fun and check out some other great tips from the linked blogs.  Please remember to add the Simply Better button or link to your post.  All posts are welcome, the topics are endless: organization, recipes, homemaking, marriage, parenting, finances, homemade, DIY, Christian Walk...

Facebook link up! Please add your Facebook page to the list and follow each other.  The only 'catch' is you will need to follow each others' pages from your personal account to have it 'count'. Facebook is funny that way, pages following pages doesn't count towards page likes total. Have fun:) Need help finding you facebook URL? Go here.

Twitter link up! Please add your twitter account and follow each other! Let's help each other grow and connect with each other. Need help finding you twitter URL? Go here.

  1. GREAT Tip!! My canning lids do get rusty! You think after all these years, the Ball Co. would have rustproofed them! :) But then again, we would only need to buy the lids once and they'd loose out on profit!
