Tuesday Tips and Link Up Party #19

Today's tip is a way to show love and express your gratitude when visiting friends and family this holiday season.  Even when people tell you not to bring something, I still feel like I should.  I love getting gifts (it's my love language) and giving gifts.

So what do I give as a hostess gift?

Holiday napkins

I know, not overly exciting but thoughtful, and a nice to have at any party.  I stock up every year after Christmas and get super cute napkins at 75% off.

What do you like to give as a hostess gift?  I'd love to hear your ideas in the comments.

If you haven't done so, please sign up for an email subscription to Simply Better.  You will get a free gift of the ebook, Buried Treasure: Revealing Your Husband as the Man of Your Dreams.

  1. I like to give little colorful bags of chocolate-covered pretzels or other homemade goodies. I think it's fun just to make the pretzels and put them in the pretty bags. Love your napkin idea, Leslie.

    1. Meghan, that is a great idea! I've been thinking about trying to make candied almonds this year for gifts.

  2. Thank you for the linkup. I appreciate it :-) and thanks for always stopping by WholeHearted Home Wednesdays for my linkup party.

I loved the idea of Christmas napkins for a hostess gift idea. I wrote it down on a shopping list.

  3. I like bringing flavored coffee or tea, depending on what the hostess prefers. Thanks for the great post & for hosting, & God bless!
