31 Days of Preparing for Baby, Day 10



Day 10: Freezer Meals


What will you eat once baby arrives?  I bet you won't be up for standing over a stove cooking dinner each night, and who wants to eat out all the time?


So stock up your freezer!  Here is a list of my favorites when stocking my freezer.

Meals (heat and eat):
Chili
Lasagna
Meatloaf meatballs
Chicken roll-ups
Lentil soup
Chicken and rice soup
Veggie soup

Chicken and dumplings
Chicken and pineapple
Sausage and peppers

Items to have ready:
Diced onions
Diced peppers
Cooked sweet potatoes
Cooked potatoes
Cooked beans (black, pinto, kidney and chickpea's)
Frozen veggies
Frozen fruit
Browned ground meat

Desserts:
Oatmeal cranberry walnut muffins
Chocolate chip-chickpea cookies
Banana bread
Oatmeal raisin cookies (with veggies added in)
Granola leather
Waffles
