31 Days of Preparing for Baby, Day 13


Day 13: Rest


Make sure you get some rest this week.  I'm well into my 3rd trimester, and I need much more rest than I did just a month ago.  It's like my body knows it's got a lot of work to do and will not be getting lots of rest for a while.

Put your feet up, get a cold drink and veg out with a good book or movie.  Better yet, take a nap!  This isn't always easy for me with a very active, non-napping daughter, but I still manage to take one a few times a week.
