31 Days of Preparing for Baby, Day 15

Day 15: Walk

This week has been all about resting, and taking it easy.  Be sure to head out and get a walk in everyday too.

Walking is great for anyone, but it's especially great for pregnant ladies.  It's low impact, and easy on your back. 

Walking will help open up your hips, and keep you in shape for the big day.  Afterwards be sure to do some light stretching (especially pelvic rocks).
